COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link Belt EPB2244FH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magliani products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magpowr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Man-Bw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magliani such as the CT032036C92 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS25SCM manufactured by Magpowr and we are pleased to be able to service most Magpowr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9807128 by Manufacturer Man-Bw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lsis Brand LSLV0220S1004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marlen such as C629600 equipment made by Marlen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marlen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marlen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T20 made by Magnatrol as well as the popular MC630AAC200240V original spares produced by Ls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5200063003 by Marconi and C629600 spares by Marlen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 637540201F2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnettek. |
